Hey guys, thanks for checking in with us. Marty and I have both been a little busy with getting back to school and heading out on little family vacations so we really haven't been able to bring you the content, help, and answers we promised. Come the next few days and especially in september we're really going to ramp things up with a bunch of great tutorials ranging from protecting every aspect of your phone whether it be against loss, theft, or friends as well as how to root your droid. Thank you so much for all the posts and details descriptions! I had no idea my phone has half this stuff. I have Handcent for texing and love it but for the past couple of months everytime I'm about to receive a text on the bottom in a grey bubble it says "TTS doesn't work, please contact me" how do I get rid of that??? If you can help that would be great. I think its a appication thing not a phone glitch.
ReplyDeleteThe first thing that came to my mind when I thought of what your problem might be is that you haven't installed that TTS "library" that handcent uses. I believe it usually asks to be installed with handcent but there is a chance it didn't or just wasn't installed. I would try to get it from the market. It's free and called "Text-to-speech extended" by "eyes-free projects" look into that and let us know if that helps.
