Okay, so a month or two ago, we posted the video about how to sync iTunes to your Droid via DoubleTwist. For most, it was helpful. But for some, three major questions arose.
(1) Where are my music files going so I can view/delete/arrange them?
(2) My Droid isn't being recognized by DoubleTwist on the "devices" list
(3) Why can't I transfer my purchased music from iTunes to my Droid?
This video addresses all of the three above questions, so hopefully this will stop the massive influx of music-related emails. If it STILL doesn't work, email me pronto.
I burned whatever music that wouldn't transfer over to a bunch of cd's but it didn't work. The DRM protection was still functioning for those specific files. What DRM removal program would you recommend?
ReplyDeleteI tried Audials One. You can apparently use it free for a time. So I "converted" the files to remove the DRM and now I believe that they are converted, but they are basically sitting in the Audials One "interface" - for lack of a better term - and I have no idea what exactly to do.
ReplyDeleteIt may mean mean that these files in iTunes are now DRM-free. If so, perhaps I can just delete the stuff from the Droid Music folder in Double Twist that did not sync because of DRM, and then try again to put those songs in the DT Droid Music folder and see if they will sync. That's my next step. If it doesn't work, I really don't know what to do.
I do know one thing. I'm done with purchasing stuff from iTunes. I'm just buying the friggin' CDs from now on so I don't have to worry about this crap. Or will DRM still be an issue if I import stuff from the CDs onto my computer, either into iTunes or another player? Who knows? I freakin' hate it. Just want to listen to my music on my phone. Frustrating.
Manuel...did you burn the songs onto cds and them put the songs back in itunes from the cds? If not that is your problem
ReplyDeleteI saw u guys on YouTube thanks for the upcoming songs
